How long will shipping take?
If located in the United States of America, shipping will take 1-2 weeks!
International shipping will take 2-4 weeks. Expectantly, due to COVID-19, shipping may be delayed by a couple days.
I cannot track orders, so I am unable to update you on exact dates that packages will be delivered.
Do you accept refunds?
I do not accept refunds or returns. If charms are damaged, please contact me immediately and send a picture of the broken merchandise and we can resolve this problem.
Do you do international shipping?
Yes! I ship to all countries except for COVID-19 prohibiting countries.
